PRD-84 / CAS-1412 — AI suggestion on the Reconcile page. When no bank rule matches a transaction, the background AI allocation's suggestion pre-fills the normal Create form — marked with a light violet accent and the AI icon on each pre-filled field, with one button to clear it. Design decision: Concept A — field-level markers (see DESIGN.md; the earlier banner treatment was rejected as too intense).

Try this flow:

Gilmours Wholesale / Z Energy: select one — the normal form appears, pre-filled; each pre-filled field has a light violet border + small sparkle icon. Clear AI suggestion (the small outline button, top-right) rejects the suggestion and empties the form. Accepting is just the normal Reconcile button.
Edit a pre-filled field: that field's marker disappears (the value is now yours); the others stay marked. Reconciling after an edit saves as "AI · edited".
Square Takings: the first Reconcile fails — see the save-error state; retry succeeds.
Spark New Zealand: a bank rule matched — the existing green rule card replaces the form (unchanged behaviour; a rule always wins over the AI suggestion).
TRF transfer: no rule and no AI suggestion — the plain empty form (current behaviour).
Reconciled tab: AI-accepted rows carry an AI badge ("AI · edited" if changed before saving).

Decisions shown: no banner and no explainer sentence — the AI signal lives on the fields it touched; accept = the normal Reconcile button (no separate accept action); a matched bank rule always wins; violet = AI, green = bank rule; clearing is a first-class button (logged as a rejection for the accuracy comparison in CAS-1411).

Faked vs real-on-build: transactions, accounts, tax codes and the suggestions are hard-coded; on build the suggestion is the transaction's recon_suggestion from the background AI allocation (shadow mode, CAS-1411), and Reconcile posts the normal reconcile-create request. The simulated 700ms delay and one-time failure stand in for real request states. Split / partial business claim toggles are inert (out of scope — see PRD-74).
